Unfortunately water issues happen but when it does time is of the essence.
We come in and evaluate the situation. If we can save your carpet we will extract the water from the top of the carpet.
We then lift up the carpet off the tack strip and roll it back to where it's dry.
We extract the pad and the back of the carpet but sometimes we may have to replace the pad because it's not salvageable.
The pad and the back of carpeting are treated with an anti-microbial for mold and bacteria.
An air mover is used to dry it out and then in a week or so we return to reinstall the carpet and clean it so that it looks new again.
